Why does my microwave not heat in demo mode?

Demo mode is a display setting for showrooms, so the microwave goes through the motions without heating as you would expect. Turn the mode off using the steps in the manual.

What does dOn mean?

dOn appears when demo mode has just been turned on, and dOff appears when it has just been turned off. The d icon in the display shows the mode is active.

Can it turn on by itself?
