The code nd belongs to the Maytag Neptune 27-inch front-load washers, the MAH8700A and MAH9700AW series. It tells you the water level did not fall below the low-water reset point within 15 minutes, before a spin was due to begin. Put simply, the tub is not emptying. The washer holds off on spinning, and you are left with a drum of water and wet clothes. Neptunes are an older washer that plenty of Houston homes still own, and we repair them.
