On a Maytag stacked laundry center with an electronic top-load washer, blinking lights after installation are often just a power-up effect. If you recently installed it, moved it, or had a power outage, some LED lights may stay lit after the first power-up. The Lid Lock light is separate: to allow higher spin speeds, the lid locks and that light comes on. Lit means locked, and that is normal behavior rather than a breakdown.
